I HAVE NO VISION INSURANCE. CAN I COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

No new patients are accepted at this time.
Our rates are affordable and competitive for our area. We charge for a comprehensive eye exam and certain procedures, such as pupil dilation.

Ask our office before your exam to determine your out of pocket costs.


DO YOU HAVE A PATIENT PORTAL?

Yes, once you are registered in our office, you may access your portal here.


WHAT IS YOUR CONTACT LENS RETURN POLICY?

Return any of our unopened products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping.


CAN YOU SWIM WITH CONTACT LENSES IN?

Yes. We recommend daily disposables for swimming and water activities. Other soft contact lenses, however, are very porous and can absorb the chemicals or impurities in the water.


HOW LONG CAN YOU STORE A CONTACT LENS AFTER IT HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM ITS PACKAGE?

This varies according to the cleaning and disinfection routine that you use before storing the lens. For specific details consult the package insert of your lens care system.


HOW OFTEN SHOULD CONTACT LENSES BE CHANGED?

The recommended life of contact lenses varies depending on the type of lenses, from 1-day, 1-week, 2-weeks, 1-month, and longer. With any contact lens, you should follow the prescribed wear and care instructions that include guidelines for replacement.

To prevent eye damage do not sleep with your contact lenses on.


IF I HAVE ASTIGMATISM, CAN I WEAR CONTACT LENSES?

Yes. Astigmatism is distorted vision caused by an irregularly shaped cornea. Contact lenses that correct astigmatism are called Toric, and are available.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET CONTACT LENSES THAT WILL CHANGE MY EYE COLOR?

Tinted & colored lenses are available to enhance or change eye color.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY LENSES?

In stock orders placed before 5pm EST Monday thru Friday will ship same day. We offer several different delivery options to best suit your needs.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES YOUR OFFICE ACCEPT?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, Care Credit, and Lens Crafters card. Contact our office with questions you have about payment.
